Requirements
  • 1 year of Sales Development Representative experience with a high growth startup (business-to-business sales; ideally artificial intelligence)
  • Proven track record as a top performer (clear evidence: quota, rankings, awards, consistent wins)
  • Elite presentation and persuasion skills — you can explain complex value simply and move decision-makers
  • You can work smart, long, and hard (not two of the three)
  • You move fast, learn fast, and take extreme ownership
Responsibilities
  • Own pipeline: hit and exceed qualified meeting and pipeline targets
  • Phone first execution: 100 dials per day, three focused call blocks, targeted emails, daily enterprise account research, and strict customer relationship management hygiene
  • Qualify hard: open with relevance in under 20 seconds, tie Sully to real operational pain, qualify tightly, disqualify quickly
  • Own your funnel math: know your conversion rates across every stage and improve at least one metric monthly
  • Build the machine: refine healthcare talk tracks, strengthen objection handling around compliance and EMR integration, identify buying triggers, and document standards for scale
  • Operate like an owner: if metrics slip, adjust within 48 hours

Sully.ai builds a system of autonomous AI agents that handle hospital operations by running in the background to automate daily workflows. Its team of agents—resembling roles such as receptionists, medical consultants, triage nurses, scribes, and coders—collaborates to complete tasks across the hospital, effectively replacing a large amount of manual labor. The product works by coordinating these agents to execute end-to-end workflows, from patient intake and triage to documentation and coding, across departments. Unlike other tools that focus on a single function, Sully.ai provides an integrated set of autonomous agents that work together to manage the entire hospital operation. The goal is to reduce the roughly $800B of labor currently spent on manual hospital work by enabling health systems to run more efficiently with AI-driven automation.
