Requirements
  • A Bac+5 diploma from an engineering school or university in the digital field is required.
  • The candidate must have 10 years of experience in a similar position.
  • A good level of English is indispensable for carrying out the role's missions.
  • The candidate must have confirmed experience as a product manager and in managing an information technology product portfolio.
  • The candidate must have good knowledge of workplace environments and of solutions for managing terminals and Microsoft environments, including Windows, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, co-management, Group Policy Objects/Configuration Service Providers, and PowerShell.
  • The candidate must be able to structure a roadmap, prioritize topics, track workloads, and secure commitments.
  • The candidate must demonstrate sensitivity to cybersecurity, service quality, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • The candidate must demonstrate transversal leadership and the ability to bring people together without hierarchical authority.
  • The candidate must have analytical ability, prioritization skills, and the ability to take a broader perspective.
  • The candidate must demonstrate rigor, method, and organizational skills.
  • The candidate must have interpersonal and teaching skills and be able to adapt communication to varied stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the product vision for the assigned scope.
  • Build, prioritize, and manage the roadmap in coordination with the Tech Leads.
  • Propose technology and functional developments that create value for users and align with the Digital Workplace Services and information technology strategy.
  • Manage the workload plan for the assigned scope and contribute to overall planning for the ISP team and the APS entity.
  • Ensure an effective transition between the Build and Run phases of products.
  • Manage the industrialization of solutions through processes, automation, and standardization.
  • Maintain complete documentation covering architecture, operations, and support knowledge bases.
  • Ensure the maintainability, performance, security, and compliance of delivered services while following the Digital Workplace Services approval process.
  • Operationally coordinate the Tech Leads within the assigned scope.
  • Coordinate contributions from internal and external stakeholders using a Build-to-Run approach.
  • Track progress, secure milestones, identify risks, and manage action plans.
  • Support technical trade-offs and facilitate decision-making.
  • Ensure deliverable quality, fulfillment of commitments, and effective information flow.
  • Participate in continuous-improvement initiatives relating to quality and security, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 practices.
  • Capture best practices, structure documentation, and contribute to knowledge management within the Digital Workplace Services unit.
