Responsibilities
  • Demonstrating a high 'HQ' (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
  • Answering incoming phone calls in an extremely courteous, enthusiastic, and professional manner
  • Identify guests’ needs, clarify information, and offer assistance and support
  • Responding to guest inquiries via chat
