Responsibilities
  • Own the vision and roadmap for Transcarent’s highest engagement features
  • Build strong perspective on roadmap priorities by deeply understanding the needs of members, customers, and the business
  • Monitor key trends and the competitive landscape within the product area
  • Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and data science/analytics teams to develop and optimize new products
  • Define success metrics, measure, and evaluate the impact of product-led initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to refine and optimize product offerings based on metrics and analysis
