Asking a series of personal questions to obtain necessary information about disability and qualifications for disability benefits.
Demonstrating patience and empathy during calls.
Ensuring that the application is completed fully and accurately.
Using several systems to complete the process (website, internal, and order management systems).
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Meeting productivity and quality goals.
Using call management software to answer calls, adhere to specified schedule, and breaks.

Premier Disability Services is a growing company that is a full-service social security disability advocacy firm. We assist customers in applying for Social Security Disability at every stage of the process whether they are first time, have been denied or going to a hearing in all 50 states. Our services have helped over 100,000 individuals in filing their application successfully.

Premier Disability Services, an Internet Brand company, is seeking qualified Applications Specialist to join our team based in Minneapolis, MN.

What you’ll be doing:

Assists claimants with completing the Security Disability application over the phone.
Ask a series of personal questions to obtain necessary information about their disability and qualifications for disability benefits.
Demonstrate patience and empathy during these calls.
Ensure that the application is completed fully and accurately.

Competitive pay. In office Application Specialists will start at $18/hr and will have the opportunity to get up to $21/hr within their first six months.
