Your Mission The role is an AI Solution Architect who focuses not only in designing innovative AI solutions but also in engaging with customers to understand their unique challenges and tailor AI-driven strategies to meet their specific needs within the UK market. This role is instrumental in identifying, designing, and deploying innovative AI solutions that directly contribute to revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
What you’ll do at UiPath- Articulate the value proposition of AI solutions to clients, quantifying potential ROI, revenue uplift, and business impact to justify investment and build confidence in the proposed solutions.
- Develop solution validation implementations to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of AI solutions for clients.
- Address client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture.
- Gather and document client requirements, preferences, and constraints, ensuring clear communication and alignment between client expectations and solution deliverables throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement (including on site meetings) with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct AI-led workshops, business reviews, offer coaching and proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenges.
- Collaborate with Product teams to provide feedback and prioritise roadmap based on customers requests, whilst supporting and promoting new releases adoption
- Continually identify and develop new uses for UiPath that drive adoption and that align to customers’ business needs and strategic goals.
- Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention.
- Coach customers and colleagues to be product experts and enable their teams on UiPath best practices so they become increasingly self-sufficient.
- Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, engaging in consultative discussions to understand their business objectives, revenue challenges, and opportunities for leveraging AI technology to drive growth within the UK market.
- Share insights, best practices, and success stories related to AI revenue generation with clients, providing guidance and support to empower client teams in adopting and leveraging AI technology effectively to drive revenue growth and business success.
What you’ll bring to the team- Proven experience in solution architecture, consultancy, or client-facing roles involving the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions for revenue generation.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI developments (e.g. Python, R, etc) or development tools, libraries, and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc).
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and their applications in revenue optimisation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities related to AI adoption in various sectors (e.g., banking, healthcare, retail, public sector) and knowledge of competitors’ offering and market dynamics in the AI space.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the including the ability to create engaging slide decks and deliver persuasive presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences, building credibility and strong relationships.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously and drive projects to successful outcomes within scope, time, and budget constraints.
