Responsibilities
  • Serve as strategic operations lead across major consumer, tech, and healthcare accounts, demonstrating autonomy and strong decision-making skills.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with internal account leaders, procurement and operations teams across regions.
  • Champion consistency in operational and project management practices, driving agency and client-side efficiencies, facilitating effective team integration, and establishing robust operational systems.
  • Collaborate with diverse internal and client stakeholder teams to establish efficient and effective ways of working.
  • Proactively mitigate and creatively resolve emerging issues and risks, sharing insights and opportunities for improvement with the extended project management team.
  • Mentor and guide a team of project managers, continuously evaluating talent, resource needs, and assignments, optimizing the operational and project management infrastructure to support business growth.
  • Partner with the client finance team to continuously assess the financial health of the portfolio, reporting to leadership and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines, including consistent scoping practices.
  • Design and implement processes, templates, tools, and guidelines to optimize and elevate account/portfolio operations.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the production processes behind digital, social, content, media, and public relations campaigns.
