Responsibilities
  • Audit client processes and support adoption of operational minimal viable product
  • Consult on client briefs related to technology and media platform utilization
  • Serve as an agency representative in client meetings
  • Solve client business challenges through mapping new technologies and innovation opportunities
  • Liaise between Regional Media Operations Directors and agency technology partners
  • Steward syndicated agency licenses and contracts with third party platforms
  • Develop and maintain end to end playbooks in collaboration with Rufus Media Ops and Transformation leadership
Desired Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience in media with a focus on digital
  • 5+ years working in a global role across NA, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM
  • 5+ years working with global data, systems, and tools
  • 5+ years in operations, best practice development, and/or process optimization
  • Experience with MediaOcean/Prisma or any local Media Billing/Buying/Paying System
  • Experience with MediaTools/SQAD
  • Project Management experience and PMO tool experience (i.e. Smartsheets)
