What believers are saying

  • CAA's acquisition of Hanold Associates strengthens its executive search capabilities, potentially opening new revenue streams and enhancing client services.
  • The promotion spree and appointment of new global touring co-heads indicate a strong internal growth culture and leadership development, which can lead to increased employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Recognition of CAA's executives, like Roeg Sutherland's Game Changer Award, highlights the agency's industry influence and potential for continued success.

What critics are saying

  • Legal disputes, such as the lawsuit against Range Media Partners, could distract from core operations and damage CAA's reputation.
  • The competitive nature of the talent and sports agency industry requires constant innovation to maintain market leadership, posing a risk if CAA fails to adapt quickly.

What makes Creative Artists Agency unique
