Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, liberal arts disciplines, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of talent attraction experience (talent sourcing, pipeline development, recruitment marketing) with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
  • Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies to find and hire manufacturing, and/or engineering/technical talent is preferred
  • Passion for providing positive and inclusive candidate-centric recruiting experiences informed by data
  • Commitment to cultivating diversity of candidate pools in accordance with Scout Motors talent strategy
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, time-management, and organizational skills

Responsibilities
  • Provides leadership, development, and support for a team of Talent Attraction & Sourcing Specialists
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and other internal stakeholders to understand headcount plans to proactively build talent sourcing plans.
  • Identify, evaluate and manage hiring-related events in collaboration with other members of the TA team, marketing and communications, and community relations.
  • Proactively source and engage qualified, diverse candidates to be hired for current and future roles
  • Build and grow pools of new talent to in support of the 2025/2026 hiring plans.
  • Develop and implement local talent sourcing strategies to identify pools of qualified local talent
  • Operationalize talent and market intelligence to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Act as a highly skilled, collaborative partner for all parties.
  • Maintain accurate talent acquisition-related data and information in an applicant tracking system (and/or) other HR tech platforms.
  • Achieve the hiring plan and KPIs as assigned.
  • Represent Scout at talent acquisition-related external events and forums.
  • Thrive in a lean, start-up environment.
