  • Develop an annual plan to achieve targets in a defined territory covering multiple states or regions and a diverse portfolio of industries.
  • Build a balanced pipeline of target prospects through cold calling, email, phone, LinkedIn, ecosystem partners, referrals, and business development opportunities.
  • Qualify or disqualify opportunities based on the target market and decision-making personas.
  • Establish trusted-advisor relationships inside TriNet and within prospects' decision-making systems.
  • Use a sophisticated, multi-step sales process with defined criteria, executive sponsorship, and internal business processes.
  • Manage multiple complex opportunities in parallel through the stages of a typical three- to six-month sales process.
  • Use Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and quoting tools to manage daily sales activities.
  • Achieve quota targets by meeting sales activity metrics.
  • Complete administrative tasks and duties in a timely manner.

TriNet raises FY26 guidance as Q2 net income surges 50% to $1.15 per share

TriNet Group reported second quarter 2026 financial results, with GAAP earnings per diluted share growing 50% to $1.15 and adjusted net income per diluted share rising 35% to $1.55. The human capital management solutions provider saw total revenues decrease 5% to $1.2 billion, whilst professional service revenues fell 8% to $159 million. Average worksite employees declined 11% to approximately 298,000. The company generated $88 million in net cash from operating activities and $67 million in free cash flow. TriNet raised its full-year 2026 earnings guidance, with management citing improved retention, cost management, and AI-driven service enhancements. The company expects adjusted EBITDA margin between 8.5% and 9.0% for the full year.
