Key Responsibilities:

• Build scalable architecture and products that shape the future of video software.

• Ensure high uptimes and performance, of all engineering systems in your area, for Captions’ users.

• Collaborate with the broader team to conceptualize and ship incredible experiences directly to Captions’ users.

Requirements:

• Our team is in-person at our office in Union Square, New York City.

• 3+ years as a backend engineer.

• Experience building distributed systems using GCP and AWS, NoSQL databases, PubSub, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.

• Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms and data structures).

• Experience with GPU management, sharing, optimization at scale.
