Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- 7+ years' experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support
- Experience working with a SaaS software provider; healthcare or payer background a plus
- Experience with sales content management systems
- Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of the sales cycle
- Experience in executing change management initiatives
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn while at the same time deliver results
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Determine sales enablement priorities with various stakeholders in Marketing, Product and Sales
- Communicate sales enablement strategy with stakeholders
- Facilitate new content creation with SMEs and MarComm to create and deploy internal and customer-facing content
- Facilitate the updating of existing sales enablement materials and marketing content (i.e. website content) as needed
- Assist with content creation over time
- Gather and relay feedback on sales enablement materials to iterate on the enablement strategy
- Maintain sales enablement content software to ensure it is easily accessible for Sales and provides the capabilities Sales needs to sell
- Assist with Sales Training and development. Knowledge of or experience with sales methodology programs a plus
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the Sales team
