Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • 7+ years' experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support
  • Experience working with a SaaS software provider; healthcare or payer background a plus
  • Experience with sales content management systems
  • Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of the sales cycle
  • Experience in executing change management initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn while at the same time deliver results
  • Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Determine sales enablement priorities with various stakeholders in Marketing, Product and Sales
  • Communicate sales enablement strategy with stakeholders
  • Facilitate new content creation with SMEs and MarComm to create and deploy internal and customer-facing content
  • Facilitate the updating of existing sales enablement materials and marketing content (i.e. website content) as needed
  • Assist with content creation over time
  • Gather and relay feedback on sales enablement materials to iterate on the enablement strategy
  • Maintain sales enablement content software to ensure it is easily accessible for Sales and provides the capabilities Sales needs to sell
  • Assist with Sales Training and development. Knowledge of or experience with sales methodology programs a plus
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the Sales team
