  • Will act as back up on phone calls, taking transfer calls when Success Manager's not available and any local calls coming to office
  • Bring FedEx shipments and deliveries to obtain shipping receipt, pick up and review main when necessary
  • Schedule and document all reservations of loaner hardware in ShoWare Control. Ensure timely arrival of hardware at client's location and follow up on returns, including preparing loaner agreements, preparing shipping labels, and notifying clients of tracking numbers
  • Work with partner vendors on all RMA's on defective hardware and prepare work order for RMA to send hardware in for repairs
  • Prepare and maintain one sheets for clients and Success Managers for descriptions and cost of current hardware used by ShoWare
  • Prepare insurance claims for lost hardware and file with both FedEx and internal broker for reimbursement
  • Participate in and take minutes for various meetings
  • Order various office supplies through appropriate vendor and maintain expense report for office purchases
  • Set up all files for new clients, scanning/saving all documents to central locations and providing copies to all stakeholders
  • Maintain the records room including pulling files out for shredding and organizing required files
  • Set up recycling services as needed
  • Maintain clients in ShoWare Control in SharePoint
