Requirements
  • A degree in Economics, Finance, or related disciplines is required.
  • Two to three years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Credit Analysis, or Rating Advisory is required, gained in structured organizations or consulting firms such as Big Four firms or finance boutiques.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is required.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, precision, and results orientation are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, including the ability to translate financial data and analyses into clear, accurate, and effective content for different audiences.
  • Good relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in dynamic and challenging contexts are required.
  • Interest in capital markets, corporate finance, and financial communication is required.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required.
Responsibilities
  • Support relationships with the financial community, including analysts, institutional investors, rating agencies, and capital-market stakeholders, by identifying and monitoring the investor base, collecting and analyzing market feedback through customer relationship management, investor feedback, and question-and-answer materials, and conducting peer benchmarking analyses.
  • Contribute to the Group's financial communication activities by preparing analyses and materials for external stakeholders and supporting top management in communicating financial results, strategic vision, and competitive positioning to the market, including periodic results presentations and price-sensitive press releases.
  • Perform analyses of the Group's creditworthiness, with particular attention to cash flows and Net Financial Position, and contribute to monitoring these indicators.
  • Support monitoring of financing contracts and related financial covenants, including preparation of periodic compliance certifications required by contractual documentation.
  • Monitor reporting produced by rating agencies and their evaluation methodologies, and contribute to preparing analyses supporting management.
  • Contribute to economic and financial analyses supporting strategic initiatives and extraordinary transactions.
