Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • At least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass company background checks, including criminal and motor vehicle checks, drug tests, and airport background check requirements to receive and maintain an airport security badge.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment.
  • Must be able to exercise good judgment and follow directions from supervisors or management.
  • Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles is preferred.
  • Must have guest service skills and be able to anticipate and act on guest needs while prioritizing multiple requests and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in English in person, by telephone, radio, and in writing for job duties and safety-sensitive tasks.
  • Ability to read and comprehend safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to perform simple arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions.
  • Ability to use a telephone, fax, two-way radio, email, and text messaging to contact guests, crew members, team members, and emergency personnel.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate information and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with team members and guests.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and concentration.
  • Ability to use a computer, learn necessary company software, and complete company training programs.
  • Ability to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments near active aircraft and ground service equipment.
Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive at the facility, providing a warm greeting and escorting them to the front entrance, aircraft, or vehicles.
  • Collaborate with team members, guests, visitors, the private aviation terminal, company departments, and external parties to ensure services are handled promptly and correctly.
  • Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions in accordance with company procedures.
  • Assist with general accounting work and financial record keeping.
  • Provide concierge services, including arranging hotel reservations, ground transportation, rental cars, catering, and customs appointments.
  • Manage guest, crew, and visitor inquiries; resolve requests and billing disputes; and address concerns.
  • Maintain working knowledge of company facilities, services, website, surrounding areas, and information commonly requested by guests.
  • Monitor arriving and departing flights and communicate with aircraft to coordinate services.
  • Assign services to the Airside Experience Team and use real-time system management to log and schedule services, change service status, and prioritize operational flow.
  • Ensure departing aircraft have requested amenities such as catering, coffee, ice, and newspapers.
  • Maintain and stock amenities in guest areas and keep lobbies, pilot-facing spaces, and restrooms clean and free of debris.
  • Promote and sell company services and products to aircraft passengers and crew.
  • Assist crews and guests with luggage and provide transportation to commercial terminals, hotels, or nearby locations.
  • Assist pilots with access to weather information, portals, and computers.
  • Identify crew members, passengers, visitors, and vendors in accordance with security procedures.
  • Stop work when unsafe conditions or acts could cause harm and report concerns to the appropriate manager.
  • Abide by emergency response procedures during critical events.
  • Understand, comply with, and enforce company and airport physical, cyber, and data security protocols.
  • Create accurate records of time worked and activities and services performed.
  • Use the company contact management system to review, capture, and update customer preferences.
  • Assist the Airside Experience Team with vehicle valeting, wing walking, placing chocks and cones, and positioning stairs or jetways to aircraft.
  • Assist airlines with passenger service functions as needed.
