About You
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Commercial team, helping expand our network of airports and partners across Europe and beyond. This role is essential in driving top-of-funnel opportunities, working closely with Commercial Managers to support sales administrative duties at all stages of the sales cycle.
Based in Stockport with a hybrid working model, this role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact as part of a growing team in a fast-paced, innovative industry
Summary of Role
As an SDR at AeroCloud, you will play a key role in driving sales growth within the EMEA region. Your proactive approach to generating leads and managing the sales process will be vital to our continued success. Working closely with Senior Commercial Managers, you will support them with sales administration, ensuring smooth operations throughout the entire sales cycle.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Proactively engage with Airport IT and Operations teams through outbound calls, emails, social media, and in-person events.
· Communicate AeroCloud’s technology and its real-world applications in transforming airport operations.
· Book five Discovery and Introductory meetings per week for your colleagues.
· Collaborate closely with Senior Commercial Managers to ensure alignment in sales efforts and objectives.
· Support Commercial Managers by handling sales administrative duties across all stages of the sales cycle.
· Partner with the Marketing team on outreach activities to ensure a consistent and integrated approach.
· Maintain and ensure the accuracy of data input into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for your assigned areas.
· Continuously seek and implement innovative ways to improve the sales process and outreach methods.
· Gather and communicate customer feedback to the product and service teams.
· Represent AeroCloud at international conferences and exhibitions, building relationships and promoting our brand.

What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an ambitious individual at the start of their sales career, with 0-1 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative role, ideally in a SaaS company. You should be enthusiastic about pursuing a career in SaaS platform sales, and experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar) is a plus.
