  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (SaaS, technology, contact center, retail, food service, etc.)
  • Technically savvy with experience in troubleshooting techniques and best practices
  • Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Reside permanently and currently in the U.S.
  • Experience working in different support platforms like Help Scout, Zendesk, Intercom, or Salesforce
  • Fluent in writing and speaking Spanish
Responsibilities
  • Work with users over live chat and email with an occasional outbound phone call
  • Offer solutions or workarounds for various questions or issues
  • Troubleshoot the product, users' devices, and partner integrations
  • Take customer feedback and document it for product and engineering teams
  • Maintain self-serve documentation for internal teams and customer knowledge base
