Requirements
  • 6+ years of work experience in relevant digital content programs and social media management
  • 3+ years working with and across multiple teams and disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience in digital content development, social media management, and online analytics
  • Ability to identify and negotiate partnerships across traditional and digital vendors
  • Self-driven with a proven ability to set strategy
  • Confident and competent with experience interfacing with clients
  • Analytical with the ability to solve problems effectively
  • Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Curiosity about new channels and technology
  • Availability to work outside of normal office hours, including nights and weekends
Responsibilities
  • Design and pitch digital programs with prospective clients focusing on content development and amplification
  • Develop and execute client-ready social media strategies to grow followings, increase engagement, and identify new platform opportunities
  • Educate, train, and evangelize digital content development internally
  • Lead and manage full-scale digital content programs
  • Build connections with clients and partners, satisfy requests, earn trust, and identify areas of opportunity to build client relationships
  • Support team projects including paid media programs, social media strategy, content development, and website management
