Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and growth of brain health resilience and wellness initiatives across the organization.
  • Translate emerging research and best practices into meaningful programs and experiences.
  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams to implement, evaluate, and continually improve initiatives.
  • Foster collaboration with academic, healthcare, community, and philanthropic partners.
  • Establish measures of success and use data to evaluate outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support educational efforts that increase awareness of brain health and healthy aging.
  • Represent Otterbein through community engagement, partnerships, and professional networking opportunities.
  • Provide strategic guidance and updates to organizational leadership regarding program performance and opportunities.
Desired Qualifications
  • An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, wellness, public health, or a related environment is preferred.

Otterbein SeniorLife is a nonprofit provider of senior living and post-acute care. It operates life-plan communities, skilled-nursing neighborhoods, assisted living, independent living, rehabilitation, home services, and related programs. Older adults and families use its residential and care options across different stages of aging and recovery. Community teams are supported by clinical leadership, hospitality, therapy, sales, facilities, spiritual care, and central services.
