Requirements
- 7+ years Senior AE SAAS experience (Enterprise)
- Dynamic, people-oriented personality able to quickly adjust in a fast-changing environment
- Previous management experience required
- Experience with RFI and RFP in the SaaS technology space
- Experience working large, complex and long cycle Enterprise deals
- Consistent record of hitting and exceeding personal and team quotas
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High Emotional Intelligence and Leadership skills
- High Business Intelligence - experience in large and small organizations
- Be able to work in the Utah office 4 days per week
Responsibilities
- Coach and develop a team of new and tenured Enterprise Account Executives
- Interview and hire new members of the sales team
- Deal support - calls, emails, travel, resourcing, problem solving
- Ensure all administration for sales is completed effectively
- Report on progress toward sales KPI's
- Work closely with other sales leaders to create best sales strategy
