Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and operational plans to effectively deliver on our quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
  • Identify and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Drive improvements in sales productivity by simplifying and automating processes where possible.
  • Provide input to the development and delivery of sales reports and dashboards, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Manage and improve forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely sales projection, facilitating effective resource allocation and planning.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Central Rev Ops, Marketing, Finance, and Product to align strategies and optimize the organization's sales initiatives.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, offering insights and developing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to anticipate opportunities and challenges, and adapt strategies accordingly.
