Business Development Representative – Townsquare Ignite

The Business Development Representative Opportunity:
We’re seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our suite of digital media and marketing services, and generating new business opportunities for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Townsquare’s digital media and marketing solutions
- Qualify leads and gather key information to determine potential fit and interest in our services
- Build rapport with prospects and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings
- Set appointments and schedule meetings for our sales team to further discuss our solutions and offerings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with sales, campaign management, and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position Townsquare’s services
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of selling digital marketing products (Search, Social, Programmatic) and achieving sales quota
- Previous experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in a high-call-volume environment
- Self-motivated and driven with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport over the phone
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
- BA/BS degree preferred
