  • Current driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Highly self-motivated with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Flexible schedule for occasional work during early mornings, late evenings, or weekends
  • Willing and able to serve refugees who may be facing financial stress, physical and mental health challenges, and/or many other challenging situations
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Willing and able to use personal vehicle for World Relief driving and transportation of clients at the standard reimbursement rate
  • Up to 75% domestic travel only
Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary R&P case specialist for a regular, ongoing R&P caseload
  • Perform and/or coordinate all direct services for primary cases
  • Conduct ongoing assessment of individuals’ well-being throughout the program period
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Commit to ongoing training to ensure understanding of the R&P program
  • Maintain open, ongoing communication with staff volunteers and community partners
  • Actively participate in department meetings, staff development opportunities, program training, community activities, and organizational events
  • Work closely with the Community Engagement Coordinator to facilitate volunteer connections on and support all interested cases
  • Other related duties as assigned
