Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-12 years of Developer experience
- 84 months demonstrated experience working with Patient Medical Records in State, Federal or Private Industry
- 84 months experience in technical implementation of SOAP and RESTful web services
- 84 months experience with C#/.NET
- 84 months experience with Powershell
- 84 months Demonstrated experience with Healthcare Interchange standards including HL7, CCD or CCR.
- 60 months Demonstrated experience with ETL for Master Data Management and/or Healthcare information Exchanges.
- 60 months Demonstrated experience using Informatica 8.6 or higher in a data warehouse environment including warehousing concepts, design and development of complex mappings.
- 60 Months Demonstrated experience merging data from multiple sources, performing incremental updates and working on very large tables.
- 60 months Demonstrated experience working with Oracle 10g or higher and PL/SQL.
- 60 months Demonstrated experience specifying and conducting system testing (e.g. unit, integration, regression, load, performance) and user acceptance testing.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and contribute to project direction and delivery.
- Lead and participate in the design, development, and support of systems involving collection of development platforms, technical architectures, or business applications and products that run on those platforms.
- Support backup and recovery and security domains as requested by the Authorized User.
- Contribute to implementation and maintenance of SOAP and RESTful web services.
- Work with C#/.NET and Powershell in development and operational tasks.
- Engage in healthcare data interchange activities including HL7, CCD or CCR standards.
- Oversee ETL processes for Master Data Management and healthcare information exchanges.
- Utilize Informatica 8.6 or higher in data warehouse environments to design and develop complex mappings.
- Merge data from multiple sources, perform incremental updates, and manage very large tables.
- Work with Oracle 10g or higher and PL/SQL.
- Specify and conduct system testing including unit, integration, regression, load, and performance testing, and support user acceptance testing.
