Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Act as the operational lead & trusted advisor for all stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Account Management to handle risk proactively
  • Ensure customer retention through strategic touchpoints
  • Create champions internally within the customer’s environment
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best possible service and support
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with strategic partners
