The Opportunity
We are excited to offer an excellent hands-on learning experience for a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Co-Op Student. This position is ideal for those who are eager to build valuable, real-world skills that are essential for a successful career in supply chain management. You will have the opportunity to actively contribute to critical roles in contract and spend management initiatives while gaining exposure to a wide range of areas such as Sourcing, Contracts, Purchasing, Logistics, Compliance, Legal, and more.
What You Will Do
Organize and analyze spend data, providing meaningful insights into category spend by contract, region, and site.
Contribute to the management of the contract database by updating contract inventories and creating metadata for each contract.
Assist in documenting and updating supply chain policies and procedures to help standardize practices across the organization.
Work with the stakeholders to identify process improvements for contract management practices, strengthening communication, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Provide general support to the Supply Chain Manager, including troubleshooting and resolving supply chain issues as they arise.
What You Bring
Ability to work full-time from October 2026 – January 2027 (24-week term).
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Genuine interest and passion for purchasing/procurement.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented, highly motivated, with excellent time management skills.
Team player with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
Must be able to provide a complete and current (within six months) Vulnerable Sector Check, including a Criminal Background Check, or be willing to obtain one.
