  • At least three (3) Months of past intern/co-op or freelance Communications Design / Graphic Design Production experience
  • At least 2-3 years education at an accredited college/university, pursuing a design, marketing, or software degree
  • Ability to take creative direction and follow through independently when needed. Keen attention to detail
  • Creative and comfortable with ambiguity, exploration and iteration under pressure / tight deadlines
  • Maintain an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices through education and self-study
  • Proficient in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, or other similar design tools
  • Positive attitude, iterative approach and ability to work with teams
  • Appreciates the importance of both receiving and giving feedback
  • Operates with confidentiality and integrity
