Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience working in a SAAS and MarTech or AdTech technology company
  • Proven ability to lead professional services teams delivering highly technical multi-product solutions for enterprise customers
  • Experience in leading professional services/consulting organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both internally and externally
  • Proactive, thorough, and transparent in communication - people rarely need to follow up with you
  • You can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical folks, from on-the-ground ops teams to executives
  • Able to quickly understand and decompose complex questions and concepts
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with and has experience working in ambiguous environments while working in a consultative manner with customers
  • Process-driven. Has a strong desire to create, implement, and iterate on processes that lead to a standardized and highly positive experience for every customer

  • 10+ years of operating in a pre-sales environment, shaping and scoping large and complex SAAS implementation projects
  • Demonstrated technical and/or functional aptitude and ability to engage with architects or SME in pre-sales activities
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence, and experience in working in a client advisory role
  • Demonstrated ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutioning and lead discussions such as implementation methodology, Road mapping, Enterprise Transformation strategy, and executive-level requirement gathering sessions
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of architects and specialists (LiveRamp Platform Architects, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, etc.)
  • Participate in developing services delivery strategy and scaling delivery team domain expertise
  • Engage with sales leadership to determine and align Practices activities and sales engagement to prioritize sales programs and promotions
  • Develop and implement new Services to meet customer and market demands and provide new revenue opportunities
  • Facilitate distribution and use of pre-scoped and custom Service packages. Working with the appropriate Product Management and Engineering teams to integrate Professional Services into the New Product Introduction processes
  • Gather and communicate feedback on products from the field and communicate them to the engineering teams to facilitate field-level feedback (as the Voice of the Customer)
  • Identify current toolset gaps and drive delivery efficiencies for new tool identification
  • Identify current process gaps within the team or working with stakeholders and help process improvement and change management
  • Oversee the development of policies, procedures and methods and tools in support of delivery
  • Willingness to lean in as a player-coach to ensure Services delivery success
  • Ultimately responsible for the quality of deliverables and execution, ensuring projects are completed within budget as it pertains to the Technology function
