Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 4 - 5 Account Executives across assigned region(s)
  • Drive Select Sales Channel initiatives and programs with assigned team
  • Build out Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly KPIs to drive success and engagement with our agency partners
  • Drive awareness of the Cowbell products through the independent agency network
  • Proactively close and onboard newly established relationships throughout the country
  • Effectively communicate Cowbell's value proposition to key stakeholders at an executive level
  • Make an immediate impact with currently appointed retail brokers
  • Meet and manage weekly, monthly and annual activity metrics
  • Collaborate with a passionate team, have fun, grow, learn, and teach the company along the way
  • Be a point of accountability for distribution success
