Course FDSC 315 Separation Techniques in Food Analysis
Winter 2026 Term (January 5-April 30, 2026)
Schedule and location: Lecture – Raymond R4-047 Friday 8:35 a.m.-11:25 a.m. and Lab – Macdonald-Stewart MSB-031 Wednesday 10:05 a.m.-12:55 p.m.
Note: The McGill exam sessions take place over two weeks after the end of classes, and Course Lecturers are expected to be available on the day of a scheduled final exam and are required to grade final exams as part of their contract.
Teaching Qualification Requirements:
Education: Doctoral degree in Food Chemistry, Food Science or Food Microbiology.
Experience: Familiarity with the course/have taught the course previously, five years of teaching or industry experience.
Other qualification requirements:
Virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, WebEx) and the McGill MyCourses learning management system. Training and assistance on remote teaching is available through Teaching and Learning Services (TLS).
