Responsibilities
  • Execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement
  • Work a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs
  • Help assess General Merch backroom, food and sales floor areas
  • With ETL guidance, lead food, food services, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes
  • Help enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is in stock, available, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
  • Be an expert of operations, accuracy, process and efficiency
  • Enable efficient delivery to our guests by owning pick, pack and ship fulfillment work
  • Execute a fresh, full and food safe area during all operating hours
  • Ensure proper execution on all food safety standards and cleaning routines
  • Partner with vendors to ensure brand standards are being met
  • Ensure team member safety guidelines and state and federal regulations are being followed
  • With ETL guidance, assess Food & Beverage and Food Service backroom and sales floor areas
  • Promote maintenance of all Starbucks and Pizza Hut Brand Standards
  • Validate and follow-up on experts' progress against Daily Assignment Sheets
  • Expect and enable team members to stay up-to-date on relevant trends and products
  • Complete all Starbucks and/or Pizza Hut training requirements or certifications
  • Conduct team onboarding and learning and close knowledge gaps through training and experiences
  • Evaluate and recommend candidates for open positions
  • Establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable
  • Lead and coach the team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all GM processes
  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience
  • Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
  • Support your ETL to create a safety advocacy culture
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices
  • Address store needs (emergency, regulatory visits, etc.)
  • Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive-up
