Responsibilities
  • Ensure a robust foundational framework for customer feedback data so that we're measuring what matters most
  • Use quantitative data analysis to report on contact driver trends and other user experience insights
  • Iterate and expand our current user insights and customer voice reporting to share more robust and actionable insights as our ability to capture and analyze data improves
  • Foster user empathy through qualitative data and experiences
  • Iterate the current Customer Story Spotlight program
  • Identify other opportunities to foster user empathy throughout the company
  • 5+ years experience in Product Operations, CX Operations, Voice of the Customer, or other customer analytics-focused role
  • Strong data reporting and data analytics skills, including intermediate-level SQL
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing cross-functional projects
  • A user-focused mindset
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency with analytical tools such as Tableau, Hex, and Looker
  • Familiarity with Notion
