Requirements

  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, programmatic buying platforms, and analytics tools

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance
  • Familiarity with performance measurement and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Proactive mindset, staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in media and performance marketing
Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution and Optimization:
  • Implement media campaigns across various social media platforms such as META, TikTok, Pinterest, X and more
  • Collaborate with media and performance managers to ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives and target audiences
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze and report on creative performance, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Media Buying and Management:
  • Liaise with media vendors and partners to secure optimal ad placements and negotiate favorable rates
  • Stay updated on industry trends, audience behavior, and emerging advertising platforms to identify new opportunities for media buying and targeting strategies
  • Performance Marketing Implementation:
  • Support the implementation of performance marketing tactics, such as social media marketing (SMM), influencer marketing (content creators), and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO specialists, content creators, and creative, to ensure cohesive performance marketing strategies
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize performance analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign results, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to develop measurement frameworks, pixel tracking and KPIs to evaluate campaign success
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, Client Growth, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of media campaigns and performance marketing initiatives
  • Communicate campaign progress, challenges, and recommendations to clients, providing clear and concise updates
  • Stay informed of client business objectives and goals to align media and performance strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with Manager/Directors on development of brand strategies to meet and exceed client objectives
