  • 2 -4years of experience in a similar sales or business development role /B2B

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, research, and target potential customers in the Netherlands, Nordics, and other European countries
  • Use tools such as LinkedIn, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), email, and cold calling to reach out to prospects
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls and emails
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to align messaging, campaigns, and regional strategy
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in the CRM
  • Track key performance metrics (e.g., call/email volume, meeting set rate, conversion rates) Stay up to date with regional market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
  • Assist in localizing messaging and sales materials for different European markets
