Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver clear business objectives, in conjunction with all stakeholders that are aligned with company targets to Win, Grow & Retain. Focus lies with building sales via new wholesale and cash and carry and our organic channel partners.
  • Build joint business plans and review progress at scheduled quarterly meetings with every customer.
  • Develop growth plans with cash and carry, wholesale and channel partners through promotional calendar and sales of specific innovations.
  • Ongoing collaboration with internal department leads and their teams, to gain full operational support to deliver objectives on time and in full.
  • Use and track opportunities via Salesforce.
  • Create a growth funnel for defined key customers/segments and maintain in Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain contact with key opinion leaders and convince them of ProFormula offering.
