  • Minimum 2 years of account management experience in a B2B organization
  • Proven track record of success (top 15% of sales org)
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong or similar sales technologies
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of retaining and expanding existing customer base
  • Strong business acumen to partner with customers to drive solutions to their business problems
Responsibilities
  • Hunt within existing account base to generate new business opportunities
  • Drive monthly growth by upselling Hotel Engine across a dedicated book of business
  • Display excellent research, analytical and presentation skills
  • Design and evolve a comprehensive business plan for your book of accounts
  • Facilitate hand-off of key accounts from sales to account management
  • Present Hotel Engine’s value position in the unmanaged travel space
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Become a subject matter expert in the Hotel Engine platform & industry
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily KPI requirements
