Requirements
  • 4-8 years of experience in marketing operations at a tech or software-as-a-service company
  • Hands-on HubSpot expertise (certifications welcome)
  • Solid understanding of attribution, UTM strategy, account-based marketing tools, and basic SEO/analytics tools
  • A love of data, process, and clean systems
  • A bias toward action and comfort in fast-changing, startup environments
Responsibilities
  • From Day 1 - Own our marketing automation system in HubSpot, building and maintaining workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, segmentation, and email programs
  • MarTech Stack Owner: Manage tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, RB2B, and LinkedIn Ads while exploring new tech to scale what’s working
  • Campaign Command: QA and launch emails, forms, landing pages, and nurture flows for webinars, events (like Empower), and integrated campaigns
  • Data Integrity & Funnel Health: Keep data clean and actionable, manage UTM strategy, ensure accurate campaign attribution, and monitor funnel KPIs
  • GTM Backbone: Support product launches, event execution, and experimentation across paid, content, and account-based marketing motions
  • Future State - Sales Partnering: Collaborate with SDRs and Sales Ops to ensure seamless lead routing, tracking, and conversion workflows
  • Future State - SEO & Web Ops Support: Help grow organically by optimizing key pages, tracking performance in Google Search Console and SEMrush, and coordinating with content and web teams
  • Future State - Compliance Keeper: Ensure GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance is baked into all marketing processes
