SCOPE OF ROLE

The Implementation Manager will play a critical role in building the foundation of key NeueHealth relationships by leading the implementation of new and expanding businesses. The Implementation Manager will develop and manage the implementation plans in coordination with operational leads and clients. They will be proactive in identifying issues, risks, and opportunities and communicate effectively. The Implementation Manager must have deep knowledge of healthcare operations, have effective program and project management skills to oversee the end-to-end implementation, and have strong written and verbal communication skills to successfully manage both internal and external partnerships.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the client-facing project lead with new clients or other partners. Responsible for establishing the foundation for strong client relationships.
• Build detailed project plans, status updates, workflows, dependency trackers, issues, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure implementations stay on schedule and within the scope of clinical implementation.
• Develop a strong understanding of the subject matter. Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Support operational leads in problem-solving issues as they arise.
• Lead regular internal workgroups.
• Communicate status, issues, and risks to key stakeholders and leadership.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• A Bachelor’s degree is required
• Five (5) or more years of related experience preferred; preferably within a managed service organization, health plan, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Experience in project management software preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• The majority of work responsibilities are performed remotely or in an open office setting, carrying out detailed work sitting at a desk/table and working on the computer.
• Travel may be required.
