  • A Bachelor's degree is required
  • Five (5) or more years of related experience preferred; preferably within a managed service organization, health plan, or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Project)
  • Experience in project management software preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to drive results in a collaborative environment, creating and leading cross-functional teams
  • Ability to convey status in both written and verbal communication and tailor communication according to the audience
  • Deliver executive presentations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities
  • Bias toward action; a sense of urgency, self-initiative, and ownership of work
  • Serve as the client-facing project lead with new clients or other partners. Responsible for establishing the foundation for strong client relationships
  • Build detailed project plans, status updates, workflows, dependency trackers, issues, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure implementations stay on schedule and within the scope of clinical implementation
  • Develop a strong understanding of the subject matter. Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Support operational leads in problem-solving issues as they arise
  • Lead regular internal workgroups
  • Communicate status, issues, and risks to key stakeholders and leadership
  • The majority of work responsibilities are performed remotely or in an open office setting, carrying out detailed work sitting at a desk/table and working on the computer
  • Travel may be required
