Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in technology consulting, systems implementation, or enterprise software delivery working with enterprise performance management tools is required.
- Deep hands-on expertise in at least one enterprise performance management or planning platform, such as Pigment, Anaplan, Varicent, SAP BPC, Oracle PBCS, or a similar platform, with a track record of delivering end-to-end implementations is required.
- Solid understanding of business processes in one or more of sales planning, incentive compensation, financial planning, or data management is required.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies is required.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with confidence engaging directly with international clients, are required.
Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the design and configuration of business solutions on cloud enterprise performance management platforms covering territory planning, quota management, incentive compensation, financial planning and analysis, and sales analytics.
- Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions; translate complex business needs into architecture decisions and functional specifications.
- Build and test data models, integrations, calculation logic, dashboards, and workflows within client environments.
- Own user acceptance testing cycles, issue escalation, and go-live readiness activities; act as the primary point of accountability for solution quality.
- Contribute to client-facing deliverables including process documentation, solution design documents, and training materials.
- Own project planning and delivery tracking for engagements, including scope management, stakeholder updates, and risk escalation.
- Manage and coordinate a team of model builders across project workstreams, assigning tasks, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring on-time, on-quality execution.
- Support consultants on their career goals, provide coaching, and share technical knowledge and best practices.
- Shape the team's mindset and help build a human-centric performance culture, communication skills, and client-facing skills.
- Develop reusable technology assets, proof-of-concept models, best-practice frameworks, and delivery accelerators.
- Contribute to proposals, request-for-proposal responses, and pre-sales activities.
- Stay current on industry trends in enterprise performance management, data engineering, artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in planning, and software-as-a-service platform developments.
- Maintain relevant platform certifications for Pigment, Anaplan, or Varicent.
- Lead internal knowledge-sharing, define model-building standards, and actively mentor and develop junior consultants and model builders.
