Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience working in government or military facilities.
  • Familiarity with government security regulations and access control systems.
  • Additional certifications in security or related fields.
  • An active Top Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • A valid state driver's license in good standing.
  • Ability to pass a background check, including additional project- or client-required checks during employment.
  • Completion of the Tailored Adaptive Personality Assessment System (TAPAS).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and articulately.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Adaptability and ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and on a multifunctional team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to push or pull between 50 and 75 pounds using assistive devices as needed.
  • Standard visual acuity, including near, far, and peripheral vision, with corrective lenses if applicable.
  • Normal color vision for electrical tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee employee and visitor access to and from restricted areas while verifying credentials.
  • Prevent prohibited or restricted items from entering or leaving the premises.
  • Maintain consistent and thorough surveillance of the assigned restricted area.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to employees and visitors.
  • Maintain vigilance and situational awareness.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and non-verbal interactions.
  • Ensure all protocols are followed meticulously.
  • Work autonomously during designated shifts.
  • Adapt quickly to changing conditions in fast-paced and slower-paced environments.
  • Work onsite in a secure facility environment.
  • Work a flexible schedule that may include holidays, hours outside normal business hours, and other assigned shifts.
  • Travel for business or professional development when requested.
