Requirements
  • Experience administrating Jira and Confluence Data Center infrastructure, as well as Atlassian cloud tools such as Access, Trello, and Statuspage
  • Experience maintaining Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and users
  • Experience administrating Linux systems in an AWS environment
  • Experience working in a DevOps role
  • Knowing the latest evolving technologies, using your knowledge to be a vocal participant in system development discussions
  • Ability to exercise judgment and composure in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent customer service skills and passion for developing positive relationships with internal users and leadership
Responsibilities
  • Management of Atlassian Jira including configuration, patching, upgrading, and break/fix
  • Work in the capacity of technical authority and point of escalation for the day-to-day support team
  • Collaborate and form relationships with teams and lead implementations of Jira workflows to deliver and optimize business processes while translating business requirements into creative and effective technical designs
  • Partner with our internal compliance team to maintain regulatory requirements and ensure compliance; Partner with our Information Security team to maintain security posture while improving user efficiency
