As a business operations analyst, you will be working closely with the Broker Ops team to improve the compliance, demands and payments experience for agents and internal teams. You will use your analytical skills to mine data, build dashboards and assist with data investigation. Your work is critical in helping the Broker Ops team gain insights into areas of improvement and monitor team performance against SLAs. An ideal candidate is detail oriented, enjoys digging deep into the data and excels in working cross-functionally to solve problems and develop new solutions in the areas of compliance, market expansion, demands and payments.
