Requirements
  • B.S or M.S. in a quantitative field: CS, Math, Physics or Engineering
  • 2+ years working in customer, product, or operations data analytics fields, ideally in functions like finance, business operations or sales operation
  • 2+ years of experience of using Tableau or other BI tools to visualization data and tell the story behind the numbers
  • Fluency in SQL is required; experience with a programming language such as R or python is helpful
  • Strong business acumen, able to identify and articulate key business requirements with business partners
  • Detail oriented, with curiosity for problem solving and a passion for delivering measurable insights
  • Collaborate well with other technical and non-technical partners to accomplish project objectives
Responsibilities
  • Gather data and reporting requirements from the Broker Ops team and design reporting solutions to address their business needs
  • Work with business to establish key SLAs and develop dashboards to monitor progress
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover root causes of customer pain points and work with business partners to drive process improvements
  • Perform detailed data Investigation and data validation in our systems to ensure data is captured and transformed correctly
  • Serve as the go-to person for the Broker Ops team related to ad hoc data requests and deliver them in a timely manner
  • Proactively identify interesting data points, develop hypotheses and generate insights to help ongoing improvements of our services and processes
