Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • Experience in product management or a strategy role, implementing launches and enhancements.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint/Word/Excel (Slides/Docs/Sheets).
Responsibilities
  • Act the key liaison with our Postpaid and Finance teams to create our ‘Device Menu’ as it relates to our points of distribution.
  • Develop & deliver Device Strategy guidance for our Value brands.
  • Analyze existing portfolio with the Value customer in mind to drive optimal strategy to deliver higher yields in partnership with Postpaid & Finance.
  • Create foundational best in class programs to deliver seamless customer activation experiences across all device types.
  • Expand the devices portfolio to more than phones, introducing additional tablets, watches and more.
  • Establish and lead our feedback program to triage, capacity and prioritization.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks proactively, and escalate as needed for timely resolution.
  • Providing actionable recommendations to management to continue to drive product wide KPIs, such as active product users, revenue and reduced churn.

  • A proven track record of utilizing insights from data to drive change.
  • Broad business knowledge in telecom and technology space.
  • Experience creating and presenting presentations to all levels of an organization.
  • Significant experience developing, implementing and tracking metrics, data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
