Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure components (networks, servers, communications equipment).
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for connectivity, hardware, and software issues.
  • Participate in IT and IoT project tasks, ensuring correct implementation of solutions under project guidelines.
  • Support energy-related projects by providing IT infrastructure expertise and coordinating technical requirements.
  • Assist in managing relationships with infrastructure and communication service providers, ensuring compliance with contracts and service quality.
  • Perform system monitoring, updates, and preventive maintenance.
  • Document technical procedures, maintain accurate asset inventories, and report progress on assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and vendors to ensure smooth deployment and service continuity.
