👋 Hi, I’m Jenna - VP of Marketing here at Dwolla. I’m looking for a passionate Partnership Marketing Manager to join our high-energy, results-focused team.
Here is what you can expect to work on in this critical role:
Through working closely with the Partnership and Marketing teams, your focus will be to develop and equip our partners with the strategies and materials they need to help them bring on new customers.
To be successful in this role, you need to be eager and excited about building out new, scalable frameworks and processes. Being able to quickly build trust and deliver value with our partners is essential.
Our team values quick-thinking, action and teamwork. We are an “all hands on deck” type of team and there may be times when you’re asked to help with something that is not directly in your wheelhouse. We’re all master multitaskers and thrive in our highly collaborative environment.
Qualities of Partnership Marketing Managers Who Thrive in This Role
🤓 You are crazy organized and a tiny bit obsessed with the details. You can handle multiple high-priority projects with ease and provide internal stakeholders what they need to execute our strategies.
🤝 You’re awesome at building long-lasting, trust-based relationships. You’ll work closely with our Revenue, Customer Excellence and Marketing teams, as well as our partners.
🗣️ Personalization is your middle-name. (Or at least it should be!) You know how to identify target segments and customize our communications and channels to best drive conversions.
📊 Google Sheets/Excel and you are best friends and you love using graphs, pie charts and anything visual that uses data to tell a story to our internal stakeholders. (Extensive design skills not required in this role but experience in using template slides is key as well.)
