GEOINT Imagery Analyst

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an Intel Analyst like you to do just that. As a GEOINT Imagery analyst, you’ll use your specialized technical and functional experience and your attention to detail to develop reports, intelligence, products, and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to lead efforts to support our warfighters.

As an Intelligence Analyst on our team, you’ll guide a team of analysts as they help your client understand their operational landscape and mission environment. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll advise your client on new data sources and tradecraft, as your team builds assessments for warfighters, senior policymakers, internal client publications, and IC-wide products. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.  

This is a chance to broaden your skillset into areas like automation and human-machine teaming. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to help your clients meet their toughest analytic challenges.

You Have: 

• 10+ years experience with GEOINT collection requirements, operations, or TCPED processes as a Source Throughput Analyst (STA), Source Strategies Analyst (SSA), or collection manager 

• Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), including FishTools and PRISM 

• Knowledge of government Enterprise Services dissemination processes and supporting architectures 

• Knowledge of national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors and capabilities 

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to enable GEOINT throughput 

• Ability to liaise with partners across the intelligence community and DoD to innovate and enable intelligence integration 

• Ability to discover, collaborate on, and integrate new technologies into GEOINT TCPED 

• TS/SCI clearance 

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience as an imagery or geospatial analyst 

• Experience with GIS tools and capabilities 

• Experience with GIMS Advanced Search and Net-centric GEOINT Discovery Services (NGDS) 

• Ability to facilitate interagency collaboration 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree a plus 

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
