Requirements
  • 10+ years experience with GEOINT collection requirements, operations, or TCPED processes as a Source Throughput Analyst (STA), Source Strategies Analyst (SSA), or collection manager
  • Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), including FishTools and PRISM
  • Knowledge of government Enterprise Services dissemination processes and supporting architectures
  • Knowledge of national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors and capabilities
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to enable GEOINT throughput
  • Ability to liaise with partners across the intelligence community and DoD to innovate and enable intelligence integration
  • Ability to discover, collaborate on, and integrate new technologies into GEOINT TCPED
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
Responsibilities
  • Guide a team of analysts as they help your client understand their operational landscape and mission environment
  • Advise your client on new data sources and tradecraft
  • Build assessments for warfighters, senior policymakers, internal client publications, and IC-wide products
  • Provide time-critical recommendations, often under pressure
  • Identify new opportunities to help your clients meet their toughest analytic challenges
  • Share expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring
