Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Client Strategy, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and support full-funnel media strategies with a strong emphasis on performance outcomes, integrated paid digital channels to drive measurable business impact.
  • Own and evolve methods to manage media budgets effectively, providing thoughtful forecasting and maintaining agility to optimize campaign performance in real-time, always aligning with evolving client goals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, working closely with media and analytics teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive value for clients.
  • Lead in maintaining project organization by overseeing operational workflows, schedules, and go-to-market operations, ensuring seamless project execution and prioritization.
  • Engage in direct client communications to foster strong relationships, understand their evolving needs, and proactively identify growth opportunities with regular, clear updates across all touchpoints.
  • Show flexibility and adaptability in using preferred client platforms (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace) to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient workflows.
  • Build a foundational understanding of each client’s business by analyzing industry trends, target audiences, and competitive landscapes, creating a strategy that aligns with their unique market position.
  • Serve as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and external partners, advocating for both client needs and internal team efficiency to drive comprehensive media strategies.
  • Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to define clear, measurable digital marketing objectives, laying the groundwork for effective campaign execution.
