Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
  • Any combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between business units and the Information Services team.
  • Effectively gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong ability to assess complex program operations and systems using qualitative and quantitative methods, identify gaps, and propose actionable improvements to optimize performance.
  • Proficient in gathering, documenting, and refining functional and non-functional requirements, with expertise in creating and evaluating business process models to communicate current and future states effectively.
  • Experience managing multiple, high visibility projects using structured methodologies, with a focus on risk analysis, stakeholder engagement, and adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Skilled in analyzing operational systems, conducting feasibility studies, and facilitating internal acceptance testing/user acceptance testing processes to ensure system enhancements meet organizational objectives and technical requirements.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and deliver user-centric training and support for new systems or processes.
  • Project management experience preferred, but not required.
