INSEAD is seeking a Senior Recruiter to temporarily cover the short term leave of our Assistant Director Recruitment and Business Development. This is a full-time, fixed term contract for 8 months, based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau. A hybrid working model is in place – 3 days on campus, 2 days from home.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Recruitment and Business Development, the Assistant Director is responsible for developing and implementing all business development and recruitment activities in order to meet objectives in terms of application volume, diversity and quality of candidates globally for the Executive Master in Change (EMC) Programme.
This role will primarily focus driving recruitment and brand visibility for the EMC programme but will also play a key role in referring prospects to and supporting events for other Degree and Executive Education Open Enrolment Programmes. You will also play a key role in nurturing and maintaining the relationships with prospective candidates, Alumni, and build strategic partnerships with external organisations for EMC. It is important that the Assistant Director be autonomous in the daily running of the recruitment and business development for EMC that reflects vital strategic decisions of the Marketing and Recruitment Leadership team.
Regular activities includes:
- Ensure effective prospect follow up: Proactively contact prospects assigned to and ensure effective follow ups to support candidates' application journey
- Strategize and organise impactful events: Plan and execute events strategy - including information sessions, masterclasses, fairs, tailored events, alumni networking sessions, group coffee chats, 1-to-1 online/in-person meetings - both online and in-person. Be responsible for sourcing hosts, faculty, supervising event organisation in collaboration with Marketing Events Specialists and promotion with Product Marketing Manager, ensuring sufficient alumni representation
- Cultivate corporate and other external partners: Establish and maintain relationship with key corporate partners and/or external organisations to grow the prospect pipeline and raise programme brand visibility.
- Enhance alumni engagement: Leverage the local alumni network to support recruitment efforts and establish relationships with key corporate partners.
- Collaborate cross functionally: Work closely with Degree Recruitment, Programme Advisors, Product Marketing, Admissions, Financial Aid, Career Development, and Programme Management teams to ensure seamless candidate experience.
- Champion data-driven recruitment: Analyse metrics to optimize strategies
The ideal candidate profile:
- 10 years+ experience in strategic recruitment / sales manager with strong international sales / business development knowledge.
- Good presentation skills and interpersonal skill.
- Ability to set priorities, plan and organise effectively.
- Consultative selling acumen
- Flexibility to undertake travels and events outside regular office hours.
- Fluent spoken English is required
